RN Career Development Program

"Learning Today...Leading Tomorrow"

The Registered Nurse Career Development Program is aimed at nursing staff currently employed at RPH. Eligible nurses will be chosen from Level 1 - 3rd year Registered Nurses and above. The aim is to offer an opportunity for professional and personal growth together with assistance to identify and achieve career development goals.

The course revolves around 3 main themes:

• Education on a range of professional development subjects including
• Leadership Development, Understanding Management Systems and People Management
• Mentorship with an experienced Senior Nurse
• Succession planning where participants explore opportunities to develop skills into exciting new roles

The program aims to provide support and resources to assist and encourage motivated and enthusiastic nurses employed at RPH to achieve their full potential.
