The Centre for Nursing Evidence Based Practice, Education and Research is responsible for coordinating the nursing clinical audit program. This includes undertaking generic clinical audits and assisting with ward based audits.
The process of Clinical Audit enables us to determine if our nursing practice is in accordance with evidence based standards. The primary aim of a clinical audit is to improve patient care and health outcomes by measuring clinical performance against Nursing Practice Standards (NPS).
