Post Graduate Opportunities

Royal Perth Hospital (RPH), in conjunction with Curtin University provides collaborative clinical programs that deliver clinical and theoretical specialist nursing experience. The programs provide advanced competency development, as well as recognition of qualifications by Curtin University.

The Education Centre at RPH coordinates the clinical specialisation units for each of the Postgraduate Specialty streams, and for providing support for the students in the clinical setting.

The clinical specialisation units of the programs are delivered on site at the hospital. This arrangement allows education to be provided by clinically expert nursing, medical and allied health professionals.

The programs maintain a focus that is relevant and reflective of current clinical practice and research. They also provide students with an opportunity to interact with experts in the clinical field, to develop an understanding of advanced clinical interventions, and link evidence based theory to their practice.
