Casual nursing positions are available in all clinical areas. Casual staff (similar to a nurse bank) choose when they work and are sent to various wards and units within the hospital.
Casual employment appeals to overseas nurses with working holidays visas as this visa enables overseas nurses to work for a three month period for any one employer.
Casual employment also appeals to local nurses wanting flexibility in respect to when and where they work.
