Community Health Nurses provide a comprehensive range of high quality, evidence based promotive, preventive and community based intervention services to the population of the North-East Metropolitan Health Service.
The nurses are based in a diverse range of community locations and provide services to individuals and groups in the key areas listed in the sub-specialties.
