Operating Theatres – SPC

Royal Perth Hospital -Shenton Park Campus Theatres is an Elective Orthopaedic Theatre that provides a Monday to Friday service for its 3 theatres.

These theatres perform the following types of procedures for patients from the Orthopaedic waitlists, as well as servicing Shenton Park Campus Inpatients:

• Major joint implant surgery (hip, knee, shoulder, elbow)
  
• Spinal, reconstructive, brachial plexus, triple arthrodesis (ankle joint)
  
• Minor procedures (joint fusions, arthroscopic surgery, knee and shoulder reconstructions)
